Together with CIT Renergy, we have developed Driftlyftet—a free, web-based training program that builds expertise in the energy-efficient operation of buildings. The initiative was developed with support from the Swedish Energy Agency and is aimed at both operations staff and those responsible for operations and maintenance.

The training program consists of 13 thematic modules and is divided into two tracks: one for operations staff and one for operations managers. Participants complete the program at their own pace and receive a personalized certificate upon passing the knowledge tests.

Our mission was to develop a stable and scalable e-learning platform that met high standards for performance and user experience. The solution is based on LifterLMS, which we customized to meet Driftlyftet’s needs. At the same time, we rebuilt driftlyftet.se using WordPress and fully integrated the training platform with the website to create a seamless experience.

The result was a modern digital training platform that quickly gained traction. Just a few weeks after its launch, over 1,000 participants had registered. User feedback also shows that the initiative is well-received—the majority report that the training has increased their knowledge of energy-efficient operations.

Driftlyftet continues to evolve and will soon be expanded to include breakfast and lunch seminars where participants can deepen their knowledge and exchange experiences with others in the industry.
